A Look Into The Growth Of A Corporate Seed

In 2003, amidst the towering trees in a crowded forest, a little seed was planted with a little shed of sunlight , minimal amount of soil, and unstable weather conditions, no one expected it to grow as quickly and sturdy as the others.

However, with a little extra hard work, lots of team effort, and unwavering passion and dedication for what was planted, the seed, much to the spectators’ amazement, grew into a tree in the shortest time one can ever imagine.

A tree, which becomes sturdier as each day pass; a tree, which continues to weather the storms; and a tree, which braves the challenges of the towering trees encircling it, and the congested forest where it was planted;—— the tree of Market Relevance Corporation.

Our roots. People who helped us establish the foundation of our dreams; people we hired due to their potentials, people we promoted because of their steadfast dedication, and people who were not up to the challenges of the earth’s soil and decided just to wither away . These are the people who inspired us, either in a positive or negative way; the roots of our company, the people of MRC.

Our trunks. Like a tree’s trunk, these are the people who provided the strong support MRC needed in order for it to grow even sturdier; Our credible list of partners and suppliers, who helped us achieve the actualization of some of our dreams.

Our branches. Similar to the branches of a tree, our list of clients is continuously expanding. Clients, who trusted us with their projects and who are continuously doing so; and like branches, they are holding the fruits of our dreams.

Our soil, water, and sun. What hope could a growing tree have better than thriving in the right kind of soil, the right amount of water, and the right exposure to the sun. Attending seminars and conference increases the knowledge of the MRC staff in order to provide a better and updated service to its clients. Also, seminars and conferences have been good venues to introduce the company to other potential clients. Thus, like the soil, the water and the sun, a little sprinkling of seminars and conferences are the right elements MRC needs to grow into a bigger and sturdier company.

Our fruits. These are the realization of our dreams, , the reason behind all the hard work, the team effort, and the passion and dedication, from day 1 until several years later; the administrative milestone and tangible acquisitions of the company.

Market Relevance Corporation has not expected as well the rapid growth of the company. We may not be as sturdy as the other big multinational market research companies are. We may still be far from becoming one of those towering and sturdier trees but what’s relevant right now is that WE ARE GETTING THERE. We are rising taller, getting bigger, and growing stronger; and maybe, with God’s grace, by the time you are reading the next issue of this newsletter. WE ARE ALREADY THERE.
